Manages and supports government LAN, WAN, systems, networks, and data communication infrastructure. Performs operations and maintenance, develops SOPs and TTPs, manages security and performance monitoring tools, configures SIEM alerts and reports, supports incident response, and provides technical user support. The role also supports DoD Special Access Programs and collateral and SCI environments while maintaining secure Windows, Linux, virtualization, networking, database, and web server platforms.

Manages cybersecurity programs for DoD Special Access Program information systems. Oversees RMF authorization, risk assessments, security documentation, configuration management, vulnerability and incident response, training, external system coordination, and recovery processes. Advises government customers and authorizing officials while ensuring compliance with JSIG, SAP, SCI, and collateral security requirements. May perform ISSO duties when needed.

Develops, tests, deploys, and supports attended and unattended UiPath RPA automations. Works with stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and translate needs into technical solutions. Builds database and API integrations using SQL and programming languages, applies web technologies for browser automation, and maintains documentation. Troubleshoots automations, supports Agile and Waterfall development, participates in testing and project planning, and provides operational status updates.
