Owns customer outcomes, health, adoption, retention, and executive relationships while hiring and developing a high-performing CSM team. Partners with Account Management, Clinical, Deployment, and Product to improve care-team adoption, ensure successful implementation, communicate customer needs, and scale customer success operations across complex multi-site B2B customers.

Own end-to-end delivery of multi-site healthcare device deployments from contract signature to operational go-live. Plan rollouts, allocate and hire field resources, coordinate customers, internal teams and vendors, monitor deployment data and device health, visit sites, escalate issues, and maintain customer relationships across facility and executive levels. Frequent nationwide travel required.
