Supports the legal team with contract lifecycle management, contract drafting and review, records maintenance, M&A due diligence, closing documentation, legal billing, expense accruals, litigation recordkeeping, and cross-functional legal operations projects. The role also manages contract repositories, deal files, legal invoices, and administrative requests while handling confidential information and improving processes.

Manage the shared services Accounts Payable team and oversee high-volume invoice, payment, reconciliation, disbursement, and month-end close processes. Lead hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, vendor issue resolution, controls, audits, and SOX compliance. Partner with Treasury and ERP teams to improve workflows, implement processes, support cash-flow projections, and maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and account reconciliations.

Leads CRM and lifecycle marketing execution across email, MMS, push notifications, loyalty, and triggered campaigns. Owns audience segmentation, campaign deployment, QA, UTM tracking, reporting, and performance analysis. Supports loyalty program relaunch and ongoing optimization, builds lifecycle journeys for acquisition and retention, and partners with Marketing, Retail Operations, Digital IT, Analytics, and Sweed to improve engagement, attribution, repeat purchases, and customer value.
