Develop and maintain Python-based automated test frameworks for software-, hardware-, and model-in-the-loop environments supporting power plant controllers and SCADA systems. Define verification and validation plans, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, execute tests across multiple environments, investigate requirements, analyze failures, and perform root cause analysis using engineering tools and telemetry. Collaborate with controls and systems teams to ensure reliable production-ready software.

Leads a globally distributed project scheduling team supporting multiple solar and renewable-energy projects. Owns integrated master schedules and program plans, coordinates schedules across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, commissioning, and operations, and manages critical paths, resource constraints, EVM, EAC forecasting, cost and schedule performance, KPI reporting, and process improvement. Provides team leadership, performance management, stakeholder collaboration, and operational oversight. Travel up to 20% is required.
