Own the strategy, roadmap, adoption, retention, and revenue for Tempo Workforce Intelligence, an AI-powered enterprise product. Lead customer discovery, experimentation, attribution and reporting, agent governance, benchmarking, integrations, instrumentation, and commercial planning. Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and executives to turn ambiguous customer problems into validated product decisions and measurable business outcomes.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through closing and account growth. Conduct product demonstrations, maintain pipeline and CRM records, negotiate contracts, meet sales quotas, and build long-term customer relationships. Collaborate with internal teams on onboarding and customer success while monitoring market and competitor trends.

Own the full lifecycle, security, compliance, and support of company endpoints across macOS, Windows, Linux, and mobile devices. Administer UEM and Okta, deliver escalated IT support through Jira Service Management, manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain asset records, enforce endpoint security controls, automate provisioning and triage with AI, and partner with Information Security on audits, access reviews, and least-privilege policies.
