Serve as functional-technical lead for the Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform: configure modules, design and troubleshoot integrations (APIs, SFTP, middleware), resolve data issues, support testing/UAT, coordinate vendors, and provide Tier 2/3 user support and security/access control for Procurement and Finance stakeholders.
