The representative tracks outreach and appointment KPIs, develops territory plans, coordinates handoffs to field sales representatives, and independently manages follow-up activities. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, CRM proficiency, and quota-driven business development experience.

Leads high-impact, cross-functional programs and manages a team of program and project managers. Defines goals, timelines, metrics, dependencies, and execution standards with senior stakeholders. Monitors performance, resources, risks, and milestones; resolves escalated blockers; and drives operational improvements across the program portfolio. Oversees team development, execution quality, and career growth while standardizing program management tools and processes.
