Teams at Teamworks

Provide autonomous, technical customer support for Teamworks Performance products (AMS, Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning). Triage and resolve complex tickets, configure workflows, build dashboards, set up integrations and data uploads, handle sensitive athlete health data, escalate bugs with documentation, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and participate in weekend coverage during high-stakes projects.

Define and lead the technical architecture for a lakehouse on AWS, build production pipelines and data models for time-series and multi-source data, introduce data governance and catalog foundations, author platform playbooks (ADRs, runbooks, Terraform modules), deliver projects end-to-end, and mentor engineers while representing the platform to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

The Computer Vision Researcher will develop and deploy advanced computer vision models, ensuring full lifecycle management, collaborating with teams, and driving research initiatives for player tracking.
