Teams at Teamworks

Own a portfolio of DII/DIII collegiate accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build relationships with coaches, compliance staff, and athletic leaders; drive retention and expansion revenue; identify account risks using Gainsight and account data; and use AI tools to improve customer success work. The role requires experience in collegiate athletics or customer success, renewal and pricing conversation skills, independent account management, and familiarity with Teamworks products.

Operate and maintain AWS infrastructure, including EKS, EC2, RDS/Aurora, ElastiCache, S3, and IAM. Manage deployments, build reusable Terraform modules and Helm charts, maintain GitLab CI templates, troubleshoot networking, IAM, and Kubernetes issues, and improve observability and platform stability with Datadog. Partner with application teams to communicate platform standards and participate in production on-call ownership.

Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Teamworks’ Operations product category. Lead integrated campaigns, content, webinars, events, and targeted outreach to generate pipeline across professional and collegiate sports. Manage campaign calendars, collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success, and analyze performance to guide optimization. The role requires autonomous cross-functional leadership, B2B demand-generation expertise, sports-industry knowledge, and productive use of AI and marketing technology.
