Manage full sales cycle, navigate public procurement (RFPs, RFIs), close $50K-$250K ACV deals, forecast pipeline, coordinate demos/onboarding with internal teams, and expand accounts via cross-sell/upsell while maintaining CRM hygiene.

Design user experiences for web and mobile by creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and maintaining the design system. Conduct usability testing, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and iterate based on research and feedback.

Responsible for expanding revenue in existing enterprise accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and customer success strategies while managing customer satisfaction and retention.
