Teams at Tapestry - Coach and Kate Spade

Serves as a Coach brand ambassador by delivering personalized luxury retail experiences, styling customers, driving sales through upselling and clienteling, and meeting individual and team KPIs. Performs POS transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, online pickup support, and stockroom organization. Builds client relationships, uses mobile and social selling tools, collaborates with teammates, and maintains flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.

Leads store sales, profitability, operations, customer experience, visual merchandising, inventory, staffing, and loss prevention. Recruits, coaches, and develops a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive culture. Manages scheduling, payroll, customer concerns, business planning, brand standards, and community relationships. Requires flexible availability, physical ability to handle stockroom duties, and strong retail leadership, communication, and business skills.

Supports the Store Manager in driving sales, achieving KPIs, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. Leads recruitment, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and omnichannel engagement. Resolves customer issues, manages store safety and vendor relationships, and collaborates with district and corporate teams. Requires flexible availability, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and at least one year of leadership experience in retail or service.
