Teams at Tanium

Build security tooling and customer-facing transparency systems; oversee SBOM, vulnerability management, vulnerability disclosure, and bug bounty programs. Assess vulnerability severity and exploitability, publish security advisories and CVE records, coordinate disclosures, answer customer security inquiries, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, customers, partners, and security researchers. Apply AI to security workflows and use software engineering and automation practices to improve security processes.

Provide legal counsel throughout the software product lifecycle, advising product and engineering teams on AI governance, privacy, data security, export controls, licensing, open source, intellectual property, and product compliance. Negotiate license agreements, support incident response, review marketing materials, and contribute to patent and trademark strategy. Requires a JD, active state bar membership, and at least five years of relevant technology legal experience.

Leads enterprise software sales across State and Local Government and Higher Education accounts in the Northeast. Generates and closes complex opportunities, manages strategic customer and C-suite relationships, exceeds quota, builds pipeline, forecasts accurately, and presents Tanium solutions. Collaborates with partners, distributors, VARs, and marketing teams while leveraging networks to expand territory growth. Travel is required as needed.
