Provide guidance on healthcare laws, FDA promotional regulations, compliance, promotional materials, and commercial agreements. Negotiate contracts with vendors, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, payors, distributors, and patient support providers while building scalable contracting processes and partnering with business leaders.
