Tango Therapeutics Benefits Overview

Lead Tango Therapeutics’ commercial legal function, advising Medical Affairs, Commercial, Patient Support, Market Access, and Reimbursement teams on pre-launch and launch activities. Provide guidance on healthcare laws, FDA promotional regulations, compliance, promotional materials, and commercial agreements. Negotiate contracts with vendors, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, payors, distributors, and patient support providers while building scalable contracting processes and partnering with business leaders.

Leads clinical data management for assigned trials from study startup through database lock and closeout. Oversees CROs and external vendors, clinical systems, data integrations, cleaning, coding, reconciliation, database lock, and submission readiness. Reviews data management deliverables, monitors data quality and risk metrics, supports audits and regulatory submissions, and collaborates with clinical, biostatistics, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and operations teams.

Provides GMP Quality Assurance oversight for CMC development programs and clinical supplies. Reviews batch records and disposition materials, manages quality activities, ensures global GMP compliance, supports investigations and documentation approval, identifies quality trends, audits CMOs and laboratories, and advises cross-functional teams on regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
