Oversee day-to-day operations, mentor engineers, establish scalable workflows, serve as regional technical escalation point, and drive proactive technical guidance and strategic client engagements for the Talon.One platform.

Lead and develop a regional Sales Engineering team for the Americas, provide hands-on pre-sales support for enterprise SaaS deals, define SE best practices, improve sales cycles, and partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to capture and document institutional knowledge.

Lead and grow the Americas Enterprise Sales team to hit revenue targets by recruiting, coaching, and managing enterprise AEs. Own forecasting, pipeline processes, cross-functional collaboration with sales engineering, marketing and customer success, and represent the company at events. Sell complex, consultative SaaS solutions into technical and C-suite buyers while enabling land-and-expand strategies.
