Performs functional, system, regression, and integration testing for software applications. Develops test plans and cases from requirements, manages defects, validates releases, documents QA procedures, and supports deployments and production troubleshooting. Collaborates with cross-functional Agile teams, participates in Scrum ceremonies, contributes to client engagements, and mentors junior QA analysts. The role requires experience with testing methodologies, APIs, test management tools, SDLC processes, and software release validation.

Designs, develops, tests, reviews, and deploys complex Appian BPM solutions, including business logic, process models, expression rules, interfaces, and UI screens. Analyzes legacy systems, optimizes performance, ensures data integrity and security, coordinates requirements and deployments, collaborates with business analysts and QA teams, and mentors junior developers.

Leads Tier 2 and Tier 3 enterprise help desk operations, overseeing incident resolution, ITSM processes, SLA performance, reporting, root-cause analysis, automation, and continuous improvement. Manages federal stakeholder relationships, mentors support staff, enforces ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and knowledge management practices, and drives customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
