Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate communications, coordinate interviews across time zones, support onboarding and HR operations, maintain ATS records, draft HR documentation, and improve recruitment workflows for a fully remote startup. Requires bilingual English and Mandarin communication.

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment systems. Create CI/CD pipelines, manage Docker container environments, implement monitoring and alerting, optimize cost and performance, and support blockchain node reliability.

Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs for SwapRail, including routing engines, execution services, data pipelines, simulation/validation layers, and observability. Integrate on-chain and off-chain data sources, optimize for low-latency high-throughput execution, and collaborate with frontend and wallet teams.
