Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and support high-volume software applications in an Agile environment. Collaborate with architects, product partners, customers, and engineers throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in design and code reviews, automated testing, production monitoring, security, observability, and continuous improvement. Use approved AI-assisted development tools responsibly across coding, testing, debugging, analysis, and documentation while ensuring software quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, lead code and design reviews, establish automated testing, monitor production systems, and improve quality practices. Collaborate with architects, product partners, customers, and engineers while mentoring team members. Build and maintain AI-enabled components responsibly, applying security, privacy, governance, observability, and compliance standards.

Owns the retrospective prior authorization product portfolio, including vision, strategy, customer discovery, roadmap, prioritization, feature definition, release planning, and product outcomes. Partners with technical, strategy, marketing, analytics, design, and delivery teams to guide development and go-to-market activities. Acts as a subject-matter expert, supports product excellence, mentors team members, and applies AI-assisted product management practices.
