Recruits and develops executive directors, uses KPIs and reporting to improve performance, manages risk and quality assurance, and partners cross-functionally on strategic initiatives, succession planning, and leadership development.

Leads all aspects of senior living community operations, including care, sales, financial performance, occupancy growth, regulatory compliance, resident experience, team engagement, recruiting, and leadership development. Manages P&L, budgeting, labor, expenses, revenue strategy, referral relationships, and performance management while ensuring high-quality service for residents and families.

Supports senior living sales and marketing efforts by managing CRM records, following up with prospects, tracking goals, preparing move-in paperwork, coordinating resident assessments, facilitating agreements, ensuring suite readiness, welcoming new residents, and supporting sales events. Maintains communication with prospects and families while guiding them through the community selection and move-in process.
