Manage industry member communications, registration, and customer support for the Sundance Film Festival Industry Office. Maintain email lists, registration databases, and member resources; coordinate applications, troubleshoot registration issues, support onsite festival operations, and produce post‑Festival materials and wrap report.

Lead festival graphic design for Sundance Film Festival: develop visual storytelling and campaign assets across print and digital, manage and train designers, oversee vendor work, ensure design systems and standards, support video and social content, and coordinate timelines during peak periods.
