Manages network hardware logistics, including receiving, staging, configuration, shipping, inventory, warranty replacements, decommissioning, and recycling. The role is fully office-based in Wellesley, Massachusetts, may require travel between locations, and includes occasional after-hours support.

Leads enterprise infrastructure and cloud hosting services across AWS, Azure, Microsoft, Linux, virtualization, storage, backup, VDI, and desktop engineering environments. Directs technical teams, architecture alignment, service delivery, disaster recovery, technical projects, vendor and contract management, budgeting, capacity planning, security, compliance, KPIs, and staff development. Partners with business and IT teams and the Network Operations Center to improve support, reliability, and operational performance.
