Leads daily operations of a long-term disability claims team, managing staff performance, client relationships, compliance, claim risk, audits, training, metrics, process improvements, and claims initiatives. The role oversees hiring and development, resolves client issues, supports technology and product enhancements, participates in client implementations and prospecting, and ensures adherence to disability regulations, licensing requirements, and service standards.

Lead US Events & Experience strategy, governance, and execution across multiple sites. Provide strategic oversight, people leadership, and vendor/financial stewardship to deliver consistent, scalable onsite, offsite, and hybrid workplace experiences that support culture and business outcomes. Partner with cross‑functional teams to set standards, measure impact, and evolve operating models.

Provides day-to-day employee relations support by monitoring intake channels, responding to routine inquiries, triaging and documenting cases, coordinating accommodations and leave matters, and escalating sensitive issues. The role supports senior consultants, HR business partners, Legal, Compliance, leaders, and employees while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with employment legislation. It also contributes to HR projects, reporting, resources, best practices, and process improvements.
