Lead US Events & Experience strategy, governance, and execution across multiple sites. Provide strategic oversight, people leadership, and vendor/financial stewardship to deliver consistent, scalable onsite, offsite, and hybrid workplace experiences that support culture and business outcomes. Partner with cross‑functional teams to set standards, measure impact, and evolve operating models.

Serve as subject matter expert for Stop Loss medical claims, resolving complex large-loss inquiries end-to-end. Research claims, interpret contract and plan language, coordinate with claims, clinical, legal and client teams, document findings, communicate outcomes to TPAs/brokers/employers, and identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and customer experience.

Lead strategic engagement initiatives and pilot programs to grow Health & Risk Solutions, strengthen client and member relationships, and improve engagement outcomes. Translate strategies into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and vendors, use data and market insights to measure performance, iterate on pilots, and scale successful approaches while managing timelines and deliverables.
