Serve as the primary on-site liaison to dental providers to educate on benefits, onboard and recruit network providers, promote technology and electronic claims, monitor provider cost and quality, resolve escalated issues, conduct office reviews and presentations, and expand/strengthen network access within the Massachusetts market.

Lead strategic engagement initiatives and pilot programs to grow Health & Risk Solutions, strengthen client and member relationships, and improve engagement outcomes. Translate strategies into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and vendors, use data and market insights to measure performance, iterate on pilots, and scale successful approaches while managing timelines and deliverables.

Manage and adjudicate long-term disability claims independently: investigate, determine liability, calculate benefits, coordinate return-to-work and vocational rehab, mentor junior analysts, perform audits and training, maintain files and TPA licensing, and ensure compliance with contract, policy, and regulations.

Serve as primary contact for small-group employer clients and brokers, handling inbound inquiries, resolving issues via research and escalation, conducting outbound follow-up, and meeting contact-center metrics while supporting client relationships and learning group insurance fundamentals.

Coordinate and support employee enrollment events by scheduling resources, training Benefit Counselors, ordering materials/technology, managing client expectations, and ensuring pre-communication and materials delivery. Serve as liaison between Enrollment Managers, Sales, and Service teams to secure appropriate resources and drive successful on-site and group enrollment activities.

Designs, implements, and supports enterprise LAN/WAN and AWS cloud network architectures. Provides Tier 3 troubleshooting, leads complex projects, executes changes, optimizes performance and security, documents designs, mentors juniors, and integrates network solutions for AI/ML workloads.

Design, build, deploy, and support enterprise-grade UiPath automations end-to-end. Own development, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support. Collaborate with analysts, infrastructure, security, and application owners to ensure secure, scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation solutions.
