Manages the strategy, design, modeling, administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of incentive compensation programs, including bonuses, commissions, profit sharing, and spiffs. Partners with HR, Finance, Operations, Payroll, and leadership to build financially sound plans, analyze performance and ROI, ensure accurate payouts, improve workflows, maintain compliance, and communicate compensation programs effectively.

Manages insurance claims from intake through resolution, reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, insurers, adjusters, vendors, and third-party administrators. Tracks claim status, costs, action items, and resolutions while escalating complex or sensitive matters. Maintains incident and insurance records in EHS Insight, supports reporting, obtains certificates of insurance, and manages the shared claims and insurance inbox. Ensures accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and professional communication.

Leads paid media strategy, execution, optimization, budgeting, analytics, and reporting across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and other digital channels. Manages multi-location campaigns, performance metrics, agency and vendor relationships, and paid media staff. Partners with marketing, creative, SEO, CRM, analytics, and regional teams to drive qualified traffic, leads, appointments, sales, and service results.
