Own the technical relationships for enterprise clients with complex infrastructure environments. Advise technical and executive stakeholders, assess operational health and risks, develop infrastructure roadmaps, guide onboarding and migrations, support renewals and expansions, and coordinate remediation across Support, Engineering, Delivery, PMO, Operations, and Sales. Translate business objectives into practical technical recommendations while maintaining accountability and clear communication across teams.

Leads technical transformation projects and programs from planning through completion. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, scope, and deliverables; coordinating technical teams and clients; preparing status reports; resolving escalations; managing expectations; and supporting implementations across data center, managed services, application, and infrastructure environments.

Leads technical discovery and solution design for complex enterprise opportunities throughout the pre-sales process. Partners with Sales and cross-functional teams to create secure, scalable infrastructure, cloud, hosting, and managed services solutions. Presents architectures and recommendations, responds to proposals, evaluates risks and economics, addresses objections, and ensures effective implementation handoffs. Provides technical guidance to other Solution Engineers and improves standards, documentation, and solution quality.
