Build Sumble’s sales enablement function from the ground up. Design onboarding and ramp programs for Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, create playbooks and battlecards, run coaching and skill development, and partner with RevOps on CRM and tooling. Track ramp time, win rates, and conversion metrics to improve effectiveness. Initially work as a solo contributor, then hire and scale the function as the company grows.
