Paid 6-week apprentice piercing training (classroom, observation, hands-on). After graduation, eligible for part-time Associate Piercer roles. Responsibilities include client service and sales, following piercing procedures and safety, recordkeeping, studio compliance, and delivering high-quality piercings while meeting daily volume and availability requirements.

Paid 6-week apprenticeship to train as a professional ear piercer. Role includes client consultations, performing piercings (min. 18/day), maintaining sterilization and records, following SOPs and safety protocols, handling chemicals, meeting service/revenue expectations, and working flexible schedules including weekends. Successful graduates eligible for part-time Associate Piercer role at Chestnut Hill.

Oversee operations, financial performance, and team development across 8+ Northeast studios. Drive revenue, labor efficiency, and KPI accountability; ensure brand standards and guest experience; support new openings and regional rollouts; coach Studio Managers and build leadership bench while partnering with HQ functions.
