Oversees project managers, field teams, workforce planning, equipment allocation, scheduling, safety, budgets, profitability, customer relationships, and operational performance. Establishes execution standards, monitors KPIs, resolves escalated issues, develops leadership talent, and drives continuous improvement across an assigned regional portfolio. The role requires extensive travel, industrial-site work, physical capability, and strong turnaround management experience.

Leads industrial cleaning operations during refinery, petrochemical, and terminal turnarounds, shutdowns, and outages. Supervises multiple crews performing hydro blasting, chemical cleaning, tank cleaning, vacuum services, and solids removal. Coordinates schedules, labor, equipment, safety activities, contractors, and customer communications while meeting compressed deadlines. Enforces OSHA, plant, environmental, and turnaround safety requirements, including confined-space entry, LOTO, line breaking, and work-at-height protocols. Maintains reports, monitors productivity and equipment uptime, addresses operational risks, and supports 24/7 project execution.

Manages industrial cleaning projects for refinery and petrochemical turnarounds, shutdowns, and outages. Responsibilities include bid preparation, estimating, staffing, equipment and logistics planning, field execution, safety compliance, scheduling, cost control, P&L ownership, client communication, change orders, billing, demobilization, and post-project reviews. Leads large field crews and supervisors across 24/7 operations while ensuring safe, timely, profitable, and contract-compliant project delivery.
