Duties include building connectors, optimizing Kubernetes deployments, debugging distributed systems, driving solution architecture from pre-sales through post-sales success, and influencing product roadmap while traveling up to 50%.

The VP of Strategic Customer Engagement will lead customer post-sales efforts, focusing on retention and technical escalations while collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience and revenue growth.
