Teams at Stitch Fix

Drive marketing measurement and reporting to inform acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategy. Build scalable dashboards, improve measurement and data infrastructure, perform analytics to identify trends and opportunities, and partner with Marketing, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics to influence planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Leverage SQL, BI tools, and AI to automate workflows and accelerate insights.

Design, build, and administer scalable, secure HRIS integrations (Workday and related systems). Implement event-driven patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, data pipelines, monitoring, and security (OAuth2, encryption, SOX). Lead upgrades and enhancements across Workday, Greenhouse, ADP, Prism, and BI tools. Translate business requirements, support end users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver People technology solutions.

Build and improve Stitch Fix's cloud-native platform and developer tooling. Develop IaC, CI/CD, containerized workflows, and automation to improve deployment reliability and developer experience. Collaborate with engineers, debug systems, and explore LLM-powered tooling under mentorship.
