Support advancement and communications by managing donor database and gift processing, reconciling gifts, preparing donor materials, maintaining digital communications (HubSpot, website, social), assisting with events and Board logistics, and providing administrative and data reporting support to fundraising and communications leadership.

Advise a caseload of ~100 high-school Scholars and families on academics, social-emotional development, college and financial aid processes. Develop and deliver curriculum and group workshops, track student progress in Salesforce and other data tools, support recruitment and scholarship administration, and collaborate with schools and program staff. Hybrid role with evening and occasional weekend work; two-year commitment required.

Manage accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks; perform reconciliations and month/quarter/year-end closings; generate financial statements and budget variance reports; process biweekly payroll and respond to employee payroll questions; support audits, compliance (GAAP/IFRS), tax filings, and general finance operations; create and maintain finance process documentation and knowledge resources.

Teach 5th and 6th grade math and ISEE test-prep in a hybrid out-of-school program. Strengthen students' math skills using visual/conceptual strategies and Test Innovators content. Deliver engaging remote (Wednesdays) and in-person (Saturdays) lessons; participate in training and interview demo lesson. Submit cover letter, resume, and three references.

Part-time 5th and 6th grade ELA teacher for an out-of-school-time program. Teach literary analysis, reading comprehension, vocabulary, and expository writing; deliver ISEE verbal prep using Test Innovators; run study hall, assign homework, complete progress reports, and follow provided curriculum. Wednesdays remote and Saturdays in-person required.
