Lead Risk strategy and team to minimize fraud and losses while preserving a frictionless customer experience. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and Finance to embed risk-aware decisioning, scale operations, automate technical solutions, and continuously improve risk models. Own fraud loss outcomes and build multidisciplinary risk functions across Risk Ops, Analytics, Disputes, and Investigations.

Lead and scale Step’s compliance program across banking, lending, and payments regulations. Build policies, manage exams, audits, monitoring, and issue tracking. Partner cross-functionally and with sponsor banks to ensure compliant product development, translate regulatory change into action, and serve as primary regulator and auditor contact to support rapid growth.

The Accounting Manager will own the full-cycle close, lead external audits, manage accounting projects, implement policies, and drive process improvements.
