Teams at STEM Xpert

Lead finance/treasury systems design projects: create initiative charter, document current-state workflows, perform gap analysis across NIR/ALM/FTP, define end-state NIR strategy, develop phased implementation plan, manage timelines, budgets, stakeholders, risks, and change management; produce training materials and support executive-level reporting.

Perform QA for CRM systems (Salesforce, Sales Logix, NetSuite, Magento): write and execute manual tests, design and implement automated tests, query data with SQL/Oracle, coordinate QA across teams including offshore engineers, and work within an Agile team.

Work on client onboarding/migration as a Data Analyst/Database Developer: gather business requirements, perform data analysis, mapping, profiling and query optimization. Coordinate with US/UK/India teams and vendors, ensure data quality via control scripts, identify source systems and eliminate redundancies. Assist BUAT, train new resources, and support extracts, views, and client reports. Financial services domain expertise required.
