Responsibilities include technical design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, direct engineering contribution, delivery planning, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, and team development. The manager balances new integrations, maintenance, customer needs, and technical debt while promoting reliable engineering practices and practical use of AI-assisted development tools.

Leads product positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, content development, product launches, and go-to-market strategy for cybersecurity solutions. Translates complex security capabilities into customer-focused narratives, trains sales and partner teams, develops multimedia and marketing content, supports analyst and market-facing activities, and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

This role involves managing Kubernetes clusters, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines. The engineer will enhance system reliability and efficiency while troubleshooting production issues.
