Lead strategy and execution for State Street Digital’s custody operations, including sub-custody and self-custody processes, reporting, SLAs, risk metrics, process documentation, and change management. Partner with product, technology, governance, risk, compliance, delivery, sales, and external vendors to launch scalable digital asset services. The role requires institutional traditional-asset operations knowledge, hands-on digital asset and wallet experience, distributed ledger understanding, and business transformation expertise.

Owns end-to-end architecture for a major generative AI platform and shared AI services. Responsibilities include designing model integrations, APIs, data flows, orchestration, RAG and agentic workflows; defining architecture standards, integration contracts, and non-functional requirements; ensuring security, resilience, compliance, governance, observability, and scalability; and conducting architecture reviews and proof-of-concept assessments. The role partners with product, engineering, data science, cloud, security, and control teams to deliver production-ready enterprise AI systems.

Leads globally distributed engineering, DevOps, QA, and production support teams responsible for mission-critical collateral technology platforms. Owns delivery, architecture, platform stability, operational resilience, client commitments, risk management, governance, and modernization. Drives cloud transformation across Azure and AWS, adoption of microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, AI-assisted engineering, automation, observability, and SRE practices. Builds accountable engineering cultures, manages technology investments and vendors, and partners with executives, regulators, operations, and institutional clients.
