Senior operating leader responsible for coordinating wealth custody and clearing operations across client service, trading, onboarding, risk, compliance, technology, and other functions. The role oversees broker-dealer supervision, fraud controls, first-line risk management, escalations, regulatory support, operational governance, KPIs, third-party oversight, launch readiness, and operating-model improvements. It requires extensive wealth or broker-dealer operations experience, securities registrations, supervisory leadership, and strong cross-functional executive judgment.

Design, build, test, and maintain cloud-based data pipelines using Azure, Databricks, Cosmos DB, Delta Lake, and Spark. Develop ETL frameworks, data quality validations, data warehousing solutions, and high-throughput libraries. Troubleshoot pipelines and DevOps deployments, analyze semi-structured data, and contribute across the software development lifecycle within an agile team. The role requires onsite work four days weekly and supports financial-industry products.

Lead and mature strategic workforce planning across the organization by integrating workforce analytics, forecasting, scenario modeling, capacity planning, governance, and financial planning. Partner with HR, Finance, FP&A, COEs, and business leaders to align workforce plans with business priorities, produce executive-ready insights, support decision-making forums, and advance planning transformation, process modernization, and technology adoption.
