Lead design assurance as the quality SME on cross-functional NPD teams. Integrate quality requirements across the product lifecycle, drive DFMEA/PFMEA and risk management, create design/control plans, verification/validation strategies, ensure traceability, support design transfer with Manufacturing/Supplier Quality, and monitor quality metrics through pilot and launch phases.

Leads social media and influencer strategy, planning, execution, quality assurance, paid amplification, and optimization for CRAFTSMAN. Manages creator partnerships, briefs, contracts, content reviews, platform compliance, community coordination, KPI reporting, and cross-functional activation planning. Develops social-first content and influencer campaigns while identifying cultural trends, improving workflows, and mentoring others.

Sells and promotes products to assigned accounts through outbound calls, develops sales forecasts and territory goals, handles quotations, pricing, returns, credits, and account issues. Coordinates customer needs with customer service, production control, engineering, and outside sales. Supports regional warehouse operations, including freight routing, shipment tracing, proof of delivery, freight claims, and vendor coordination. Maintains call reports, follows up on leads, communicates competitive activity, and attends relevant trade association meetings.
