The Plant Accountant independently manages plant accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, invoicing, collections, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and financial reporting. The role analyzes performance and variances, maintains controls and records, supports audits, and resolves account issues. It also provides administrative and communication support for local and corporate initiatives and promotes employee engagement.

Drives growth in the Test & Measurement segment by identifying customers, penetrating strategic accounts, developing qualified opportunities, and expanding relay and socket adoption. Engages engineering, procurement, and business stakeholders to translate test architecture requirements into solutions. Partners with sales, applications engineering, product management, engineering, and marketing teams on opportunity development, account strategies, forecasting, competitive analysis, and product direction.
