Provides outsourced full-cycle accounting services for architecture, engineering, and construction clients, including transactional accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, financial statement preparation, project billing, and reporting. The role manages client relationships, resolves accounting discrepancies, supports onboarding, improves processes, and guides teammates while independently managing client projects in a remote environment.

Lead individual and owner-level tax planning, advisory, compliance, and technical review for business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals. Review complex individual, fiduciary, gift, partnership, and S corporation tax matters; advise on succession, wealth preservation, and state and local taxation. Manage client relationships, collaborate with external advisors, mentor tax professionals, and improve practice processes and scalability.

Provides transactional and analytical accounting support for AEC clients, including financial statement preparation, project accounting, payroll and general ledger reconciliations, invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial analysis. Manages multiple client engagements, leads financial review meetings, maintains project documentation, and uses Deltek Ajera for accounting and operational workflows. The role also supports client relationships, project tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
