Oversees technology roadmaps, performance measurement, risk management, process optimization, and organizational change while building team capability and delivering measurable business value.

Manages private equity fund accounting and administration services, including client onboarding, financial statement preparation, audit processes, investor allocations, management fees, general ledger reconciliation, and reporting. Leads accounting teams, reviews client deliverables, maintains reporting calendars, ensures compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards, and manages client relationships and operational improvements.

Performs private equity fund accounting, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, workpapers, capital activity, investment transactions, accruals, management fees, and carried-interest waterfall models. Supports year-end audits and analyzes investment documentation while collaborating with clients, auditors, legal counsel, and tax advisors. Ensures accurate reporting, meets tight deadlines, and maintains strong stakeholder relationships.
