Lead and manage cross-functional Agile delivery teams, take ownership of products, ensure alignment between Product and Engineering, and coach Engineers for efficient delivery.

Evaluate fraud concerns, resolve payment exceptions, and manage bank reconciliations. Communicate with security holders and banking partners, prepare reconciliation and reporting, process transfers, and identify process improvements. Support deal-driven schedules, occasionally working evenings or weekends.

Manage onboarding for new M&A transactions including client communications, document collection and upload, wire verification, fee collection, reconciliations, reporting to senior leadership, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely post-close account support.
