Manage a book of ~60 enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Sprout's social media platform. Build executive relationships, run success cadences (MBRs, EBRs), surface risks, collaborate on renewals, and use data and generative AI tools to create ROI narratives and accelerate work. Partner with onboarding, professional services, and renewals to meet retention and growth KPIs.

The Senior Finance Manager will lead financial planning processes, optimize corporate financial models, collaborate with G&A leadership, and drive strategic financial initiatives while mentoring team members.

Lead and execute Sprout's full-funnel digital marketing strategy across web, paid media, and lifecycle. Manage a multi-disciplinary team, large paid budgets, forecasting, attribution, experimentation frameworks, and cross-functional integration to drive pipeline, revenue, and customer growth for both sales-led and self-serve motions.
