Performs accounts payable, billing, record keeping, data entry, invoice processing, payment coordination, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close tasks, petty cash and card management, and audit support. The role assists the accounting manager with general ledger activities and accounting process improvements while collaborating with the Finance Team.

Supervises staff serving older adults and people with disabilities through Senior Care Options and One Care programs. Provides administrative and clinical oversight, trains employees, gives performance feedback, and ensures compliance with program regulations and agency standards. Staff conduct home visits, assess needs, and coordinate and monitor services with insurance partners.

Manages and oversees regional assisted living ombudsman services, advocating for residents’ rights and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and host-agency requirements. The role coordinates with the State Ombudsman Unit, supervises or leads program activities, supports older adults and people with disabilities, and maintains effective administrative, communication, and organizational practices.
