Provide administrative and clinical supervision for Senior Care Options and One Care staff, including training, performance feedback, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating services, and overseeing home visits and assessments to support older adults and people with disabilities.

Manage consumer billing to private contracts: prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and timely, resolve denied/rejected claims, update consumer records, perform high-volume data entry, coordinate with vendors, run reports, and provide invoice and administrative support.

Supervise Protective Services Workers investigating elder maltreatment and self-neglect. Provide weekly case review, direction, training support, quality and compliance record review, community outreach, and review new reports for investigation.

Provide onsite administrative support including data entry, mail/phone/email handling, scanning/copying/filing, coverage for reception, project support (reports, compiling materials), and maintaining office supply and meeting areas.

Provide in-home case management for older adults and individuals with disabilities: conduct home visits, complete comprehensive assessments, collaborate on person-centered care plans, and work within an interdisciplinary team to support aging-in-place.

Oversee Springwell's SCO and One Care programs, managing contracts with six private insurers. Provide administrative and clinical supervision to four supervisors and ~20 care coordinators, lead QA/QI and compliance activities, drive continuous quality improvement, and maintain collaborative relationships with external clinical and fiscal partners.

Conduct in-home assessments of older adults, create care plans, coordinate services with vendor agencies, perform in-person home visits, document assessments in an electronic statewide database, and communicate with families and community professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team.
