Lead the enterprise AI enablement program through foundational and advanced training, curriculum design, workshops, office hours, AI Champion development, department-specific adoption plans, HR lifecycle integration, change communications, mandatory learning, policy acknowledgment, and adoption metrics reporting.

Manages product requirements and stakeholder collaboration for Sphera’s HMMS Suite. Translates business needs into technical requirements, documents solutions, coordinates user stories with development and QA teams, analyzes system impacts, supports test planning, and delivers customer presentations and training. The role requires cross-functional leadership, product analysis, client engagement, and occasional travel, with eligibility to obtain a U.S. government security clearance and Common Access Card.
