Owns Medicare marketing compliance oversight for downline agencies, reviewing marketing materials and sales scripts against CMS guidelines, submitting approved materials to health plan carriers, tracking SMIDs, maintaining repositories, auditing lead vendors, and reporting program metrics. The role requires independent approval decisions, detailed recordkeeping, risk escalation, cross-functional collaboration, and support for audits and AEP-related activities.

Manage end-to-end Medicare compliance cases, maintain case records, liaise with agents and carriers, conduct audits, provide agent coaching, and support reporting and process improvements to ensure regulatory adherence and audit readiness.

Lead Spark's downline agency monitoring program, risk-tiering methodology, and corrective action processes. Own carrier-facing and executive reporting, perform program-level trend analysis and root cause investigations, develop and manage CAPs/PIPs, and serve as a departmental SME and mentor on CMS Medicare marketing and agent oversight requirements.
