Validate the accuracy of tax rates and rules in Sovos tax engines, create and review unit/automated/regression tests, develop indirect tax expertise, implement AI-assisted testing workflows, collaborate with product/dev/support teams, support certified compliance programs and external audits, and continuously improve the Content QA process.

The Senior Conversation Designer will design and enhance AI customer support bots, managing content and UX across various platforms. Responsibilities include designing dialog flows, collaborating on multilingual support, and optimizing bot performance using metrics and A/B testing.

Lead architecture and technical strategy for embedding Sovos compliance into ISV products. Design scalable API/webhook and cloud-native integrations, advise executives, establish governance and testing, mentor architects, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales and Compliance to drive enterprise-scale partner integrations.
