The Provider Educator improves coding accuracy by educating providers on documentation specifics and conducting coding audits, while collaborating with leadership on training and compliance.

Lead system-wide operational excellence initiatives including design and rollout of a Daily Management System, develop standard work and visual management tools, coach leaders on daily huddles and problem solving, track and analyze operational KPIs, and manage multiple complex projects from intake through implementation and post-project review.

Structured cohort-based transition program to move RNs from Level II to Level III NICU care with didactic education, intensive bedside training, and preceptorship. Full-time 36 hours/week with day/night rotation. Requires minimum 2 years Level II/IB experience, NRP certification, experience attending live births; BSN preferred. Duties include medication administration, care planning and documentation, safety and compliance, professional development, family-centered care, and use of unit software (Lotus Notes).
