Plans and implements developmentally appropriate learning experiences for school-age children while maintaining a safe, healthy classroom environment. Observes and documents development, supports individualized needs, supervises children, maintains attendance and records, follows licensing and safety requirements, and collaborates with families, staff, and community partners. The role also requires participation in meetings, training, family engagement, mandated reporting, and compliance activities. Work occurs indoors and outdoors, including lifting children and performing CPR when necessary.

Plans and implements developmentally appropriate learning experiences for school-age children, maintains a safe and healthy classroom, observes and documents development, supervises children, communicates with families and staff, follows EEC and program regulations, and participates in required meetings, training, reporting, and mandated reporter responsibilities.

Provide case management for episodically homeless individuals with relapse histories. Responsibilities include assessments, individualized service plans, ongoing participant contact, referrals to community resources, crisis intervention, group facilitation, home visits, documentation, HUD compliance, statistical reporting, and coordination with shelter, relapse prevention, and sober housing staff.
