Support the Site Coordinator in overseeing school-age programs: supervise children and staff, maintain ratios and safety, manage attendance and bus coverage, conduct staff training and observations, ensure regulatory compliance (EEC, Head Start, CACFP), coordinate with families and agencies, order supplies, and handle daily program operations and communications.

Designs and leads hands-on STEAM activities for children ages 2–13, supports after-school programming, supervises the SEL room, collaborates with teachers, manages supplies and lab safety, documents curriculum, and ensures adherence to EEC and Head Start standards. Provides coverage across age groups, may assist with transportation, and participates in professional development and center meetings.

Support classroom team to plan and implement developmentally appropriate experiences for children, ensuring safety and family involvement, and maintaining a positive environment.
