Lead dealer engagement strategy and programs to strengthen dealer relationships and drive growth. Design dealer programs, manage events and vendor partners, measure program impact, and align cross-functional teams to scale effective initiatives.

Field-facing role enabling dealers and growers to adopt Sound's crop nutrition products: deliver trainings and workshops, manage field trials, analyze and translate trial data, support sales enablement, and provide in-field agronomic support to drive product adoption and retention.

Develop and grow a dealer network in Northern Indiana to drive sales of nutrient use efficiency products (SOURCE, BLUEPRINT). Retain and expand accounts, prospect new dealers, co-sell with dealers, deliver trainings, manage forecasts and budgets, support customers on-farm, and track activities in Salesforce.
