Translate customer needs, threat research, telemetry, competitive intelligence, and business goals into product priorities. Partner with engineering, security operations, threat research, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver endpoint detection, investigation, threat hunting, response, reporting, and XDR/MDR upgrade capabilities while driving adoption, revenue, and customer outcomes.

Leads marketing finance planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, spend management, financial modeling, and investment analysis. Partners with Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, BI, and Data Analytics teams to assess pipeline, funnel performance, bookings, conversion, ROI, and topline growth. Provides executive decision support, identifies performance gaps, improves forecasting and investment visibility, and implements AI-driven process improvements.

Leads a distributed SRE team responsible for cloud-service reliability, scalability, incident response, observability, automation, release engineering, and operational maturity. Develops SRE strategy, manages priorities and delivery, improves CI/CD and infrastructure practices, supports security and compliance controls, oversees vendor relationships, and communicates reliability risks and roadmaps to technical and executive stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership and technical knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
