Support lodging development and strategy through investment analysis, underwriting, asset management, and financial modeling. Prepare proformas, DCF and cap analyses, hold vs sell studies, investment memoranda, and portfolio reporting. Monitor market trends, assist on capex and special projects, perform ad-hoc analyses, and potentially manage one or two direct reports.

Administer, configure, and support Oracle OPERA PMS across managed and franchise hotels. Drive standardization, manage integrations (OHIP, OXI, IFC), coordinate vendors, support onboarding/migrations (including OPERA Cloud), develop SOPs and training, troubleshoot interfaces, and optimize system performance for multi-property operations.

Supervise front desk agents, oversee check-in/check-out processes, conduct pre-shift meetings, ensure service standards and checklist completion, investigate room and account discrepancies, delegate tasks, communicate shift information to managers, and assist other hotel areas as needed.
