Lead enterprise people strategy and HR operations for a multi-property hospitality company. Oversee talent acquisition, total rewards, learning, employee relations, HR analytics, compliance, and field/corporate HR models. Partner with Legal and executive leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession, and culture to support growth, acquisitions, and operational performance.
